The Spring Cheese CSA will include four pick-ups and feature cheeses from local creameries including Calkins Creamery, The Farm at Doe Run and others. Each month, CO-OP Specialty Manager Nick George hand selects 4 different cheeses for inclusion in your pickup, giving you the unique opportunity to try 16 different cheeses over the next 4 months. Nick enjoys offering delectable selections like cheese curds from Calkins Creamery and beer or wine washed cheeses from The Farm at Doe Run, some of which are not regularly available at the CO-OP. Whether you entertain, cook, or just want to try something different, these specially curated cheeses will be sure to please.
Pick-up dates are March 30th, April 30th, May 30th and June 30th. The total price will be $115 for Owners and $125 for the General Public. Each delivery includes 4 different cheeses totaling approximately 1 1/2 pounds of cheese per month.
