Zack, our Indian Ridge Provisions sales representative stopping by the store for new orders.

For the last 30 years Indian Ridge Provisions have been sourcing and providing the highest quality meat, poultry, and seafood products to the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. They pride themselves on working with local and humane farms and family operated businesses. One of their core values is the knowledge they provide each and every valued customer. This was the first thing that stood out to several employees here at the Swarthmore CO-OP when our business partnership began.

Our sales representative, Zack Wolski grew up in Springfield, PA, attended O’Hara High School and Cabrini College where he earned his Marketing degree. Born into a large family with a passion for good food and high quality products, Zack made his way into the food industry where he landed his first job with Indian Ridge Provisions, one of our very own vendors here at the CO-OP.
Since working with Indian Ridge Provisions, we have been able to offer our customers a wider variety of all natural local beef and chicken. One of the things that makes Indian Ridge Provisions stand out is their fabulous customer service, which is something that we here at the CO-OP strongly believe in.

Indian Ridge Provisions provides us with the ‘All Natural’ Creekstone Farms Beef, and the Lancaster Freebird Chicken, which are highly popular products here at the CO-OP. During the month of January, we are featuring the all natural, bone in creekstone ribeye for owner-members. Please stop by anytime if you’re interested in learning more about Indian Ridge Provisions, Creekstone Farms or Lancaster Freebird. We have several recipe and information cards by the meat and seafood counter.

Zack tells us how lucky he feels to be a part of such a wonderful company. Each day he enjoys sharing the love for food around good people who feel the same. Several days a week you will find Zack here at the CO-OP working with our meat team to continue to supply the best products possible. Be sure to say hello next time you bump into Zack!
