Grab a Metropolitan baguette, slices of our Oven Roasted Turkey, or Roast Beef, laid on generously, topped off with one of our tasty cheeses, add your favorite condiments and you are about to have a mouth watering experience.
We roast daily all-natural turkey breast and select cuts of top round beef. You will find the very best in lunch meats at the Co-op. We feature Boar’s Head meats & cheeses as well as Applegate All-natural, Organic Black Forrest Ham and Roasted Turkey Breast.
You will also find great tasting 1st cut corned beefs, pastramis, prosciutto, serrano hams from Spain, and a good selection of dry-cured salamis.
Looking for smoked nova salmon, whitefish salad, great bagels - we have them all.
Every day we offer 2 to 3 hot soups, fresh made salads ready to go, and great sandwiches ready to go, or come on in and design your own sandwich. If its a winner, we’ll put it on the menu, and name it after you.
