Fresh Sushi Daily!

We have partnered with a wonderful Sushi company called Sushi with Gusto to provide our customers with fresh sushi on a daily basis.  Our sushi chef, Zaw, hand crafts each delicate creation and uses the freshest ingredients.  You can pick up fresh sushi in our grab-n-go case or have Zaw customize a dish for you while you shop.  We also offer Sushi trays for your special events and celebrations.  Your guests will be delighted with these exquisite and tasty morsels.

Brief introduction to our Sushi Chef, Zaw Hlaing:

• Apprenticed under his older brother as a sushi chef.
• Has worked as a sushi chef for ten years with various companies, gathering hands –on experience in technique and presentation.
• Has worked with Sushi with Gusto for 7 years and recently moved to Swarthmore to become part of the Co-op family as our in house sushi chef. 
• Zaw’s favorite sushi item is BBQ Eel
