What’s for Dinner? Balsamic Fig Seared Flank Steak with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and a side of Roasted Asparagus. Sound good? This is the sort of foods we prepare everyday here at the co-op.

We use the freshest ingredients we can find. We use as much local foods as is possible, and organic when feasible. We never add any artificial ingredients, colorings, or preservatives to our foods.

Fresh Salads Have Moved!

The salads in our grab-n-go case have moved to the produce case.  You will find the same great selection on a daily basis as well as fresh cut fruit salad prepared by our staff.  Delicious!   We use fresh ingredients each morning and make our own dressings.  Whether you are in the mood for spring mix with balsamic vinegarette, a Greek salad, or a grilled chicken ceasar, we have it right here for you!

Good-For-You Prepared Foods

At the Co-op, we strive to have a vast array of healthy prepared foods options available to you. For summer, you might notice that we are preparing more and more vegetarian salads and casseroles that are lighter and leaner, but still taste fantastic.  Any of our deli staff will be happy to tell you exactly what is in each dish and to give you a sample to taste.  Try it before you buy it!

We also take requests! If you are missing one of your home-cooked favorites, just let us know and we will be happy to help!
