What’s for Dinner? Balsamic Fig Seared Flank Steak with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and a side of Roasted Asparagus. Sound good? This is the sort of foods we prepare everyday here at the co-op.
We use the freshest ingredients one earth. We use local foods whenever possible, and organic or Co-op Certified when applicable. We never add any artificial ingredients, colorings, or preservatives to our foods.
We also take requests! If you are missing one of your home-cooked favorites, just let us know and we will be happy to help!
