The meat counter at the CO-OP is truly an “Old Fashioned Butcher Shop” where you can pick up tonight’s dinner entree, or put in a special request for a crown roast of pork or a dry-aged rib of beef.
Beef
We carry Premium and All Natural Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms.
Chicken
We carry FreeBird, all-natural chicken, antibiotic-free, free range chicken.
Pork
Our pork is certified heritage pastured pork raised naturally without antibiotics, growth hormones, preservatives, and MSG at Country Time Farms in Hamburg, PA.
Sausage
All of our sausage is provided by Martin’s Specialty Sausage in Mickleton, NJ, ensuring our sausages are made from all natural ingredients and spices without preservatives.
